Whether you’re working with gloves or just prefer a more substantial grip, the Stinger XL delivers comfort, control, and confidence. Like all Off-Grid designs, it’s overbuilt, tough as nails, and made for everyday heavy lifting. Despite its size, this knife carries surprisingly low-profile thanks to a deep-carry pocket clip and left-hand carry option. The Stinger XL is built for heavy-duty use with a true XL four-inch blade crafted from 4mm thick 154CM steel and finished with a tumbled graywash. The grind is a bayonet-style double ground spear point (note: the top spine is not sharpened). You’ll find jimping on the flipper tab and a thick thumb ramp for added control—this design locks into your hand with comfort and stability. 154CM, made by Crucible Industries, offers an ideal balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance, toughness, and ease of sharpening.

The Stinger XL handle is designed to fit even XXL gloved hands with ease and comfort. We used durable black G10 scales, secured with non-strip T8 hardware and accented with a subtle striped design for added style and grip integrity.

And for our lefty crew, we added a matching G10 filler on the left side—giving you a fully ambidextrous design with a clean, comfortable feel no matter how you carry it.
